What are some good memoriess you have from playing the QFG games?WHish one is your favourite and why?

My favourite is QFG III:Wages of War.To me that one had a nice storyline, and was long enough. It was very good .I also liked the characters<img src=" border="0" />,and the stories that went with them.TO me 2 and 3 are the best ones.

My favorite was QFGIV: Shadows of Darkness.

Not only was it the first in the series to have a speech pack, but it also had a fantastic voice cast; which included Gregg Berger, Jim Cummings, and John Rhys-Davies.  The combat in that game was also quite fun, once I got used to the controls.  However, I was a little displeased by the limitation on throwing daggers for thieves and the chernovy's insane spell cast speed.  My most favorite part about it though, was the undead slaying parts.  Especially when playing a paladin and getting the opportunities to avenge both Elissa and Piotyr's deaths.  Dragon Fire did have a small bit of undead slaying too, but... somehow, the thrill just wasn't there.  Lastly, while I wasn't too crazy for Igor's jokes, there were two in particular that did make me laugh:

1.  "That smoke make Igor want to start coffin!"

2.  "Olga always into healthy food; eat plenty of fruit and berries.  Olga nuts!  You are what you eat."

To be honest, I've never played the Quest for Glory, but I would like to.  Do either of you know if there are any remakes of those games out there?  I found QFG II on ADG Interactive website, but not the first one.

The AGD Interactive version of QFG2 is the only QFG remake so far, but I do know of a site where you can download fixes to the annoying bugs and crashes throughout the series:

Of course, you'll need DosBox and the games' files in order to make those installer's work, unfortunately. And in that regard, I'm afraid you're on your own.
